Nailed to a higher standard
Nailing is the most critical part of a shingle installation, and it's where cheap roofs fail.
Code asks for four nails per shingle. We put in six. Every premature roof failure we get called to fix traces back to poor nailing, so our crew has zero tolerance for high nails or blow-throughs. We photo-document roofs at random intervals as our own quality control.
We also triple-waterproof the spots where roofs actually leak: valleys, penetrations and eaves. The difference between 90 percent good and 100 percent is huge, so we aim for 110.

How long will my roof replacement take?
Most homes are torn off, sheeted where needed, and fully shingled in one to two days. We never leave a roof exposed overnight, even when the forecast looks perfect.
What if you find rotten wood under my old shingles?
It happens up here, and it's the one thing nobody can see from the ground. That's why every possible extra charge, wood repairs, shiplap, second layers, tarred-down shingles, is stated on your estimate up front with its cost. No surprise invoices.
What's the difference between the Silver, Gold and Platinum packages?
Each package lists every material and its price, so you can compare line by line. The difference is in shingle grade, underlayment and venting upgrades. Chris walks you through all three with zero pressure.
What does the 10-year workmanship warranty cover?
Anything that comes up related to our work, for 10 years after completion. The industry standard is 5. If it's our fault, it's our responsibility to make it right.
