The plain answer
Roof rejuvenation is a plant-based treatment sprayed onto aging asphalt shingles. It soaks in and restores the oils your shingles lose to sun and freeze-thaw cycles, bringing back flexibility, granule grip and colour. One application adds 5 extra years of roof life, for roughly 15% of what a replacement costs. We apply it across Dawson Creek, Grande Prairie, Fort St John and the whole Peace Region.
Here's why it works. Asphalt shingles start life flexible and oily. Years of UV bake those oils out, and the shingle gets brittle, sheds granules and fades. For most roofs the drying happens long before the failing. Rejuvenation steps in during that window, and it's not a coating sitting on top. It penetrates the asphalt and works from the inside.
Our product
Roof Rejuvenate is the product of millions of dollars of R&D by global leader in construction material manufacturing, Sika. Unlike typical roof sealants, Roof Rejuvenate penetrates the asphalt, rehydrating the shingle from within. And unlike many detergents, it does so without breaking the bonds in the asphalt, leaving the shingle strong, not soft.

Is your roof a candidate?
Drying but not failing is the sweet spot, typically a roof 8 to 15 years old: shingles losing granules and flexibility that are still intact. If your shingles are already cracked and failing, we'll tell you rejuvenation won't help and quote a straight replacement instead. Either way, the free assessment gives you an honest yes or no.

One per-square-foot price with everything included, quoted in writing after your free assessment. No packages to weigh, no add-ons, and a 5-year warranty on the treatment. If your roof doesn't qualify, you'll hear that instead of a pitch.

Is rejuvenation a coating or sealant?
No. Sealants sit on the surface. Rejuvenation penetrates the asphalt itself and works from the inside, restoring flexibility and granule grip.
How many years does it add?
5 extra years of roof life per application, and it can be reapplied. Many roofs gain 10 to 15 years. Each treatment is backed by a 5-year warranty.
Is there proof it works?

How long does treatment day take?
