The plain answer
Roof rejuvenation is a plant-based treatment sprayed onto aging asphalt shingles. It soaks in and restores the oils your shingles lose to sun and freeze-thaw cycles, bringing back flexibility, granule grip and colour. One application adds about 5 years of life, at a fraction of what a replacement costs. We apply it across Dawson Creek, Fort St John and the whole South Peace.
Here's why it works. Asphalt shingles start life flexible and oily. Years of UV bake those oils out, and the shingle gets brittle, sheds granules and fades. For most roofs the drying happens long before the failing. Rejuvenation steps in during that window, and it's not a coating sitting on top. It penetrates the asphalt and works from the inside.

Is your roof a candidate?

Is rejuvenation a coating or sealant?
No. Sealants sit on the surface. Rejuvenation penetrates the asphalt itself and works from the inside, restoring flexibility and granule grip.
How many years does it add?
About 5 years per application, and it can be reapplied. Many roofs gain 10 to 15 years. Each treatment is backed by a 5-year warranty.
Is there proof it works?
