What the free assessment covers
Every Raptor job starts the same way: Chris talks with you about your roof, then we look at it properly and tell you where it stands. The assessment is free across Dawson Creek, Fort St John, Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge and Grande Prairie, and you get the honest answer whether or not any work follows.
- Shingle condition. Granule loss, drying, cracking and wind grip.
- Flashing, valleys and penetrations. The places roofs actually fail. Why that matters.
- Signs of wood trouble. Sagging lines, stains and soft spots that point below the shingles.

We use a variety of tools and methods. Whether we measure by hand or by satellite, we get it right, and the estimate that follows lists every material with its price.
When should I get my roof looked at?
