Is my roof a good candidate for rejuvenation?
If your asphalt shingles are drying out and losing granules but aren't cracked or failing, rejuvenation is usually a great fit. A free assessment gives you an honest yes or no.
How is this different from a roof sealant or coating?
Sealants coat the surface. Rejuvenation penetrates deep into the asphalt, restoring the flexibility, granule adhesion and colour that the sun dried out.
How many years does it add?
Each application adds 5 extra years of roof life and can be reapplied, with many roofs gaining 10 to 15 years. Backed by a 5-year warranty.
How much does it cost compared to replacement?
