What the lab found, 5 years later

Who did the lab testing?
A third-party lab, published by the treatment maker. We show their graphic on this page exactly as they present it, and we'll walk you through it at your assessment.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
It backs the treatment itself for 5 years. Ask Chris for the written terms with your quote, and note it's separate from the 10-year workmanship warranty on our roofing work.
Does our cold climate hurt the treatment?
Cold is exactly where it earns its keep. The lab measured 66.7 percent improved cold-weather flexibility in treated shingles, and brittle shingles in deep cold are how South Peace roofs fail.
How often can it be reapplied?
Each application adds about 5 years, and treatment can be repeated. Many roofs gain 10 to 15 years before replacement finally makes sense.
Will I see a difference on my roof?
The treatment works inside the shingle, but restored oils bring back flexibility, granule grip and colour. The before-and-after comparison on our rejuvenation page shows the maker's macro photos of the change.
