Lab tested by PRI Asphalt Technologies
Roof Rejuvenate, in collaboration with global construction materials leader Sika, commissioned an independent third-party study through PRI Asphalt Technologies, a recognized authority in asphalt shingle testing. The study used 15-year-old shingles from a real roof and subjected them to a 1,500 hour test, simulating 5 years of aging. They evaluated treated vs untreated shingles across critical performance metrics: flexibility, granule adhesion and durability. The results showed significant improvement across all categories in the treated shingles.
What the lab found, 5 years later
The strongest evidence for rejuvenation isn't a sales pitch. It's a shingle tested 5 years after treatment, with the product still present and working inside the asphalt. We serve Dawson Creek, Fort St John, Grande Prairie and the whole Peace Region with a treatment that has numbers behind it.

The warranty, in plain words
Every application is backed by a 5-year warranty on the treatment, full and not pro-rated. Feel free to compare our warranty with the competition, not that you're going to need it. In six years of doing this, we have never had a claim. Each application adds 5 extra years of roof life and can be reapplied as your roof ages.
If your roof is borderline
Roof replacement is expensive, and rejuvenation is an appealing alternative. If your roof is borderline, meaning we cannot warranty it for the full 5 years but we believe the treatment will still extend its life, we will put that value back against a replacement by Raptor. If the rejuvenation does not last 5 years, you get a pro-rated discount off your new roof. Say the rejuvenation cost $2,000: if the roof needs replacing after 3 years you get $800 off, after 4 years you get $400 off, and so on.
That's the treatment's promise. Ours sits alongside it: the same company that does the roof replacements is the one spraying your shingles. If the assessment says your roof is past treating, we'll say so and quote a straight comparison with replacement instead.

Who did the lab testing?
PRI Asphalt Technologies, an independent asphalt shingle testing company in Florida. They have no affiliation with any shingle manufacturer or rejuvenation company. Just scientists doing science. We show their graphic on this page exactly as they present it, and we'll walk you through it at your assessment.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
It backs the treatment itself for 5 years. Ask Chris for the written terms with your quote.
Does our cold climate hurt the treatment?
Cold is exactly where it earns its keep. The lab measured 66.7 percent improved cold-weather flexibility in treated shingles, and brittle shingles in deep cold are how Peace Region roofs fail.
How often can it be reapplied?
Each application adds 5 extra years of roof life, and treatment can be repeated.
Will I see a difference on my roof?
The treatment works inside the shingle, but restored oils bring back flexibility, granule grip and colour. The before-and-after comparison on our rejuvenation page shows the maker's macro photos of the change.
